Request for Proposals for Facilities Management Services for Center City District Parks The Center City District (CCD) is seeking proposals and price bids from facilities services providers to provide support to Dilworth Park and other CCD operated facilities as may be required. Dilworth Park is located at the west portal of City Hall and operates as a multifaceted public park. Dilworth hosts seasonal park programming including the provision of an ice rink in the winter and numerous events over the course of the year. The park includes food service establishments, lawn, 250 jet fountain, and operates support services out of the upper concourse immediately below the park level. The CCD also operates other parks and streetscape facilities. More information on CCD managed parks may be found at https://centercityphila.org/parks. Bid packets are available through https://centercityphila.org/facilities-services-rfp. It is the bidders responsibility to submit a complete registration form and return their proposal as instructed.
